First up…
Download “Equigate” from either the App Store or the Google Play store
Create your account
When you open the app, you need to click the button at the bottom labelled “Sign up now”.
After this choose that you are a “Client”.
Personal information & Password
Now, fill in your personal information then click the “Verify my email address” button. Another section to the page will now appear.
Once you have received the verification code by email, enter it into the verification code box, create a password and tick the checkbox to agree to our T&C’s and then hit the “Create Account” button
Settings & Account details
This is your home screen.
Click the settings ⚙️ button to access the apps settings. From here you can click the “account details” button to add more information to your profile, you can even add a profile photo so your practitioner know who you are.
Add your animals
Click the “My Stuff” button on your home screen
Next, click the “My Animals” button, then click the “+ Add patient” button and fill in all required sections. You can even add a profile photo of them looking all glamorous. When you’ve done, scroll down and hit save.
Once done, your animals will appear on your patients list and your practitioner will be able to see them.
Connect with your practitioner
*If you were a guest client of a practitioner already, and your practitioner is already showing on the list here you can skip this section*
Go back to the message you received from your practitioner and either click the link, or scan the QR code. You will be automatically connected with them.
You can now message them and ask for an appointment
